As I am sure you are aware, Sir. This is an inhumane situation that continues and persists in the state of Orissa. I stand as a representation of a youth group in Brighton, England and tell you that though we support you in your decisions as a leader of the nation of India, we do not agree with the consequences of your lack of action.
did you know that Sin (something that seperates us from our God of Perfection) is not only what we have done wrong, but what we have not done right!
I press and urge you to seek to support these Christians who are in fear of their lives, and yet count it as nothing but gain to lose their lives for the sake of their testimony in God and to lift Our Lord Jesus' name higher.
I ask you to bring not only the Hindu extremists to justice, but also the Maoist tribe responsible for this misleading fo thos Hindu extremists. Not to forget, the Christians that have quite possibly and ill-advisedly acted out of revenge, hate and a lack of love for those that do not believe in the same level of morality as there own.
Forgive us a s Christians, for the part we have played in this violence in Orissa.
I pray you find your strength through Jesus.
Ask for Him and He will answer you and meet your every need, just maybe not according to your thinking, but according to His unshakeable and infallable ways.
Yours whenever,
Sean Older (Part-time Youth Worker in Brighton, England)
